MUFAMO Automotives Deals operates strictly as a wholesale tyre supplier. This policy outlines the conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Wholesale Sales Only

All sales are on a wholesale basis. Buyers are expected to have professional knowledge of tyre specifications, sizes, and applications before ordering.

2. Inspection Upon Delivery or Collection

Customers must inspect goods immediately upon delivery or collection. Any discrepancies, defects, or damages must be reported within 48 hours. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

3. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are considered only under the following conditions:

• Incorrect tyre size, brand, or quantity supplied by MUFAMO Automotives Deals
• Manufacturing defects confirmed upon inspection
• Damage occurring before delivery or during transit is under our control

Returns are not accepted for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect orders placed by the customer
• Tyres that have been fitted, used, or altered
• Normal wear and tear

4. Return Authorization

All returns must receive prior approval from MUFAMO Automotives Deals. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted. Approved returns must include the original invoice and documentation.

5. Condition of Returned Goods

Approved returns must be:

• Unused and unfitted
• In original condition and packaging
• Free from damage, markings, or contamination

Returns not meeting these requirements may be rejected.

6. Delivery and Handling Fees

Delivery charges apply to all orders and start from KES 1,000, depending on location. Return transport and handling costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

7. Refunds and Exchanges

Once returned goods are inspected and approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 7 days using the original payment method
• Exchanges may be offered depending on stock availability
• Handling, transport, or restocking costs may be deducted where applicable

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of goods supplied. MUFAMO Automotives Deals is not responsible for indirect losses, including downtime, lost income, or operational delays.

9. Policy Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. The version published on our website at the time of the transaction applies.
