All orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation by our sales team. An order is deemed accepted only after MUFAMO Automotives Deals confirms pricing, quantities, and delivery terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order without obligation to provide reasons.

3. Pricing

All prices are quoted on a wholesale basis and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices provided in quotations are valid only for the period stated or until stock availability changes. Taxes, delivery charges, and other applicable costs may be added where relevant.

4. Payments

Full payment is required before release of goods unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods are communicated during order confirmation. Credit terms, where applicable, are extended strictly at our discretion and may be withdrawn at any time.

5. Delivery and Collection

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, location, or unforeseen circumstances. MUFAMO Automotives Deals is not liable for delays beyond its reasonable control. Risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery or collection of goods.

6. Inspection and Claims

Buyers are responsible for inspecting goods upon delivery or collection. Any claims regarding shortages, defects, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours. Claims submitted after this period may not be honored.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted only with prior approval. Tyres must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Refunds or exchanges are subject to inspection and approval. Handling or transport costs may apply.

8. Product Use and Liability

All tyres supplied are intended for professional and commercial use. MUFAMO Automotives Deals is not responsible for improper installation, misuse, overloading, or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines. Liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, images, and branding belong to MUFAMO Automotives Deals and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

MUFAMO Automotives Deals shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services, including loss of income, business interruption, or operational delays.
